We are making changes to our ordering policy to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure a smoother experience for you. These updates will help simplify your purchasing process while improving stock availability and delivery times.
What’s Changing?
Minimum Order Value:
To continue delivering this best service, all orders for Lubrication Engineering and DropsA Australia products will now require a minimum order value of $200 (ex GST) (excluding freight).
Minimum Order Quantity:
To improve packaging efficiency and reduce waste, Lubrication Engineers grease tubes, cans and bottles will now be available in box quantities only. If you currently order above a box quantity, please ensure your order is in multiples of the designated box size for orders from 7 April 2025.
- Example: If you previously ordered 45 tubes of Almatek Mine & Quarry Grease LE1233, which is packaged in boxes of 10, you will now need to adjust your order to either 40 or 50 tubes.
