Gearbox Breathers.
Issue
Existing breathers did not provide the level of protection the gearboxes
needed. This led to high operating costs due to regular gearbox changes.

Lubrication Engineers suggested the client convert their CHPP to LE Xclude High Humidity Breathers. These breathers are ideal for Queensland’s high rainfall and humid conditions, with a greatly
improved operation life.
High-quality umbrella check-valves that won’t clog or stick are recessed underneath the unit for added protection from washdown environments. The check-valves isolate equipment from ambient conditions, prolonging breather life.
Results
The Xclude breathers now provide the gearboxes with proper protection meaning the gearboxes last longer, thus reducing costs.
The customer has now totally converted their CHPP to Lubrication Engineers Xclude High Humidity Breathers.
