- The End of Financial Year Promotion offers claimants the opportunity to receive BONUS OilSafe products with qualifying purchases of isoPOD Lubrication Dispensing Systems, iso20 and iso10 products within the specified promotion period.
- The Promotion begins at 12:00 am AEST on 27 May 2024 and ends at 5:00 pm AEST on 30 June 2024.
- The Promotion is open to all claimants who purchase isoPOD Lubrication Dispensing System iso20 or iso10 products from Lubrication Engineering Pty Ltd during the promotional period.
- Claimants who purchase iso20 products during the Promotional Period will receive $5,000 at Recommended Retail Price of OilSafe products consisting of: 8 x 10L Containers, 8 x Utility Lids and 8 x Premium Pumps. Claimants have the option to select from the OilSafe colour range. Claimants who purchase iso10 products during the Promotional Period will receive $2,500 at Recommend Retail Price of OilSafe products consisting of: 4 x 10L Containers, 4 x Utility Lids and 4 x Premium Pumps. Claimants have the option to select from the OilSafe Lid Colour range: Yellow, Beige, Orange, Red, Purple, Blue, Mid Green, Dark Green, Black and Grey.
- To redeem the OilSafe products, claimants must submit their official purchase order for iso20 or iso10 products through Lubrication Engineering Pty Ltd by 5:00 pm AEST on 30 June 2024. Redemption is subject to product availability while stocks last.
- OilSafe products will be fulfilled based on availability and at the discretion of Lubrication Engineering Pty Ltd. Substitutions may be made if the specified products are unavailable.
- This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offer is open to Australian residents. Employees of Lubrication Engineering Pty Ltd and their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this Promotion.
- Please allow a period of up to 6 weeks for the Promoter to confirm the validity and availability of each order, for dispatch and delivery of the bonus items to the nominated delivery address.
- Lubrication Engineering Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of such modification, suspension, or termination, Lubrication Engineering Pty Ltd will notify claimants as soon as reasonably practicable.
- The Bonus offer cannot be returned and are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of any redemption, including but not limited to where arising out of the following: a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c) any claim for redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; d) any variation in bonus item value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; e) any tax liability incurred by the claimant; or f) use of the bonus item(s).
