Easy Bar® with Almasol®

Easy Bar® is an innovative lubrication solution designed for rotary kilns and dryers, boasting a unique composition that allows it to melt upon contact with the high temperatures of these surfaces. Crafted from a patented blend of mineral and metal lubricants, including the renowned Almasol®, along with LE’s exclusive wear-reducing additive, this solid lube bar features a solid polymer binder with a melting point of approximately 49°C.

User Benefits:

Easy Bar® with Almasol® by LE delivers unparalleled advantages to users, effectively averting unplanned downtime and cutting costs. Its incorporation of Almasol®, LE’s proprietary solid EP additive, enhances its wear-reducing capabilities, ensuring prolonged equipment lifespan.

Additionally, with an auto-ignition point of 538°C, one of the highest in the industry, this bar effectively prevents hazardous flame-ups.

The patented blend comprises a proprietary mixture of mineral and metal lubricants suspended within a solid polymer binder. As the binder evaporates entirely upon use, there’s no residual stickiness to attract debris, ensuring cleaner operations.

Easy Bar® facilitates effortless installation within minutes, either manually or through the convenient Lubricator insertion tool.

Applications:

Ideal for use in rotary kilns, dryers, and calciners across diverse industries, including cement, lime, pulp and paper, waste processing, mining, phosphate, petroleum, asphalt, minerals, chemical, food & beverage, gypsum, clay, kaolin, iron ore, and aluminium.

Proprietary Additives

LE’s proprietary additives are used exclusively in LE lubricants. Easy Bar® with Almasol contains Almasol.

Almasol® solid wear-reducing additive is able to withstand extremely heavy loads, chemical attack and temperatures up to 1,900°F (1,038°C). It is attracted to metal surfaces, forming a microscopic layer but not building on itself or affecting clearances. Almasol minimizes metal- to-metal contact and the resulting friction, heat and wear.
